Step3 - College Principal Account Details must be filled

The 2nd Section in the Post-Matric Scholarship ONLINE Transfer Form requires the details of College Principal's Bank Account No., Bank Name, Branch Name & IFSC Code of the Branch. These details must be filled by the College authorities or College Principal and the Signature of the College Principal with the official seal.

Step4 - Send Completed forms to Directorate of Minorities

The Directorate after receiving the Post-Matric Scholarship ONLINE Transfer Form will transfer the Maintenance Fee Amount to Student's Bank Account and Course Fee to Principal's Bank Account as per the amount mentioned in the sanctioned list within 10days of receiving the Post-Matric Scholarship ONLINE Transfer Form.

Step5 - Check your Bank Account & Take Re-imbursement of College Fee from College Principal

The students must check their account after 10days to see if the Maintenance Fee Amount has come to their account. The amount to the college is transferred the same time its transferred to the student, hence the college also receives the course fee amount on the same day to its Bank Account. If the student has already paid his/her fees, he/she must compulsorily claim the amount from the College Principal.

Common Mistakes Committed by students and solutions to avoid such mistakes.

  1. Incomplete or wrong details in the Form. Please make sure you fill all the details asked. If your details do not match our records, the amount will not be transferred. Hence please see that you enter all details correctly.
  2. Wrong STATE ID & COLLEGE ID. If you fill wrong STATE ID & COLLEGE ID, it will not match our records hence your scholarship amount will never get transferred to your acccount.
  3. Incomplete or wrong IFSC Code. This will result in failure of ONLINE Transfer of Amount. Please visit your bank and get the correct IFSC Code before filling the form.
  4. Wrong Account Number. Before filling the Form, please ask your bank to give your complete account no. as many times students just write the last 4 or 5 digits while the standard account no. comes atleast 10 to 16 digits. Please check twice.
  5. Sending the form without principal account details and signature. This makes the form invalid. Unless and until the principal account details with correct account no. and IFSC code and signature is not there, the amount will not be transferred
